Trial attorney Peter Goldstein graduated from the University of Southern California in 1977, and graduated from Whittier College school of Law in 1985 with honors. Peter lives in Las Vegas and also maintains an office and residence in Culver City which is adjacent to Beverly Hills and north of LAX. Like Mr. King, Peter is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.

Peter’s practice areas include business litigation, personal injury which encompasses car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip/ trip and falls, workplace accidents, dog bites, products liability. With a background in Criminal Defense work, Peter is one of only a handful of lawyers practicing Civil Rights cases, with a focus on police misconduct matters. Peter takes on only selected cases in this difficult arena.

Peter is a member of Nevada Justice Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles as well as a member of the state bar of California and state bar Nevada, member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Peter has tried a lot of cases, giving him the ability to quickly analyze a matter and its nuances.
